Have management experience with proven ability to exceed sales and KPI targets both personally and through your team.
Can identify opportunities in store to maximise sales.
Have the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team.
Can lead from the front and support our company’s culture and values.
Have good time management and can execute company directives in a swift and through manner; with a keen eye for detail.
Have a can-do attitude that thrives in a team environment.
