Job description
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle cash, credit, and other financial transactions with customers
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments and issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Redeem coupons and vouchers
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Bag, box, or wrap packages
• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree or certification would be a plus
• Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service in Jewellery field is must
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., cash register, scanners, money counters, etc.)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Attention to detail and mathematical skills
• Sales skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
