NiceG Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with proficiency in Tally Prime. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records in Tally.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and vouchers.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
• Maintain petty cash and handle expense tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for payments and clarifications.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting with strong Tally skills.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Tally Prime.
• Prior work experience in a manufacturing/trading company.
• Knowledge of payroll processing is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
