Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategies: Develop effective recruitment strategies through portals and on-ground hiring initiatives, particularly from other Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) and hospitality outlets.
Onboarding Process: Design and implement a smooth and professional onboarding process for new employees across stores.
Payroll and Attendance Management: Assist in managing payroll processes, attendance, and documentation.
Employee Check-ins: Conduct regular 1-on-1 check-ins with store staff in person and over video conferencing platforms.
Operational Alignment: Collaborate closely with operations and training teams to align hiring needs with store goals.
HR Dashboards and Employee Engagement: Maintain accurate HR dashboards and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources within the QSR or retail industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple roles and timelines in a high-growth environment.
