We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist - HR Recruiter

Shift Timing: 03:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST
SWIFT HIRE LLC is looking for a motivated and result-driven HR Recruiter with experience in International Recruitment, specifically US IT Recruitment and International Process Hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT and International Process hiring.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
Requirements:-
• 2–4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment and/or International Process Hiring experience.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.
