About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across multiple Dovida corporate sites, delivering high-volume recruitment support, expert advice, and an efficient, seamless hiring experience.
Beyond day-to-day recruitment, you’ll also contribute to key projects and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a values-driven recruiter who enjoys building trusted relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to internal stakeholders, understanding hiring needs and managing end-to-end recruitment
Screen, assess, and interview candidates to identify the best talent
Proactively source and build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and networking
Develop and implement strategies to support high-volume caregiver recruitment and retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with external employment and community organisations
Contribute to process improvements and recruitment projects
About you
Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment (preferred)
Qualifications in Business or HR (advantageous, but not essential)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Fountain experience is a bonus)
Data-driven mindset, with experience reporting and using insights to improve outcomes
