Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Jaipur. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Metadrob, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will also be involved in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to our growing team.

• Full-cycle recruiting experience
• Evidence of strong interviewing skills
• Ability to build and maintain employer branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the e-commerce industry is a plus
• Experience using applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
