Job Description
• Maintain and track Open vacancies in the region Onroll and Third party
• Close open vacancies within TAT and publish Recruitment dashboards
• Co-ordinates with the consultants to get the right sourcing mix
• Explore Job portals / LinkedIn / Employee referrals to share relevant profiles with the
HRPs and Hiring manager
• Conduct the initial screening of the candidates, schedule and conduct the selection
process in liaison with the respective Business SPOCs, HRBPs and the candidates
• Roll out the final offer for the candidates selected basis the selection process and
follow up with the candidates for offer acceptance
• Plan and conduct the induction and on boarding of the candidates in liaison with the
appropriate business stakeholders to ensure a smooth candidate on boarding
Experience
• Ensure the conduct of the various operational aspects of Talent Acquisition viz.
Background Verification, Medical Testing, etc. to ensure that it is as per the prescribed
guidelines
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and assist in the identification of gaps to help in
the improvement of the Talent Acquisition of process
• Have a close vigil on the Recruitment cost and suggest avenues to optimise it
