The Talent Acquisition (TA) team at Raytheon is seeking a TA Operations Data Analyst who will play a critical role in enabling data-driven hiring decisions by delivering high-quality analytics, automation, and technology solutions across TA. This role partners closely with recruiters, TA leadership, and stakeholders to provide insights, streamline processes, and improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of hiring operations.
What you Will Do
Design and deliver TA reporting & dashboards
Administer and optimize SharePoint for TA
Develop Power Platform Solutions
Drive TA process improvement & automation
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior experience in data analytics or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience in data analytics.
Minimum 5 years’ experience using Excel capabilities included Power Query, pivot tables and formulas to analyze, transform and report on data.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, workforce planning or HR analytics teams
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience in Workday Recruiting
Experience administering or supporting SharePoint sites and content
Experience with process improvement or automation methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving and data storytelling skills
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
