Role & Responsibility:
Understand the requirement, JD and seniority level from the department managersAggressively reach out to suitable people on Linkedin (filters-based search)Find new channels to find suitable candidatesWork with upcoming, new agencies to find suitable candidatesLeverage referral programs (internal and external)
Skills & Experience:
Solid experience in recruitment in the Education industry of at least 2 years.Fluency in written and spoken English.Strong network of recruitment consultancies.

Salary: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
