Job Title : Talent Acquisition Intern– US Staffing
Experience
Prior internship experience in US IT/Non-IT Recruitment
Mandatory experience in a US Staffing company
Experience working with direct clients, MSP/VMS, or implementation partners is preferred.

Proven experience in the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle
Strong experience sourcing candidates through:
LinkedIn Recruiter
Dice
Monster
Indeed
Boolean Search
Understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, etc.)
Experience recruiting across multiple technologies and domains
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in US shift timings
Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates for US-based positions.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update the ATS regularly.
Build long-term relationships with consultants and candidates.
Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline( Preffered- MBA,BBA)
Experience working with direct clients or MSP programs.
Strong understanding of US recruitment compliance and documentation.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
