Excellent working knowledge on all the job Portals.
Coordinating with HOD on various Requirements.
Formulating recruitment strategy.
Posting the job description on various job portals.
Short listing of profiles to match with the job requirements in hand, making
the candidates go through the test process, finalizing the offer,and following
up till the candidate joins.
