About the role
We’re seeking a full-time, permanent Paint Department Team Member to join our friendly, knowledgeable team. This customer-facing role is perfect if you’re passionate about DIY and colour, with a flair for helping customers bring their projects to life. You’ll assist with paint selection, provide expert product advice, drive sales, maintain stock and visual standards, and work collaboratively to ensure a safe, well-presented department.

What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a retail professional with a strong customer focus and a great work ethic. Ideally, you’ll bring:

A genuine passion for customer service and sales
Excellent communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude and team-focused mindset
Confidence using computers and learning new systems
Strong attention to detail and flexibility
Physical capability for manual handling, prolonged standing, and ladder use
Awareness of Health & Safety requirements
Previous retail experience, particularly in paint or decorating, will be viewed very favourably.
