We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tailor to join our manufacturing team, specifically focused on the production of terry hotel slippers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional sewing skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and sew terry fabric and other materials to produce high-quality hotel slippers according to specifications.
- Follow design patterns and templates accurately to ensure consistency and precision in production.
- Operate and maintain sewing machines and other tailoring equipment.
- Inspect and quality-check finished products to ensure they meet the company's standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly manufacturing targets.
- Assist in the development and improvement of production processes and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a tailor, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines.
- Strong understanding of tailoring techniques and materials, particularly terry fabric.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to read and interpret design patterns and specifications.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and dexterity, capable of handling repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
• Preferred Qualifications:
