Purpose
The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, creative, and detail-oriented individual who will be managing internal systems like SmartAdvocate, RingCentral, Eve, and others.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Administration & Technical Support
Lead the implementation and data migration from CasePeer to SmartAdvocate.
Act as the primary liaison with the SmartAdvocate team, ensuring seamless system optimization.
Maintain, update, and troubleshoot SmartAdvocate and other key platforms (e.g., RingCentral, Eve, Intake Wizard).
Improve system usability, streamline processes, and support staff with training and troubleshooting.
Maintain open communication with staff to understand system needs and challenges.
Provide general computer and IT support including hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Document system updates, best practices, and training materials for firm-wide reference.
Analytics & Compliance
Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Monitor competitors and adjust strategy based on trends and benchmarks.
Ensure all content complies with legal advertising guidelines and firm policies.
