Details :
A leader who can provide L3 / L4 support for monitoring, management and troubleshooting of physical / virtualized / cloud environment and leading a team of server, backup and storage administrators, provide guidance to the team and be responsible for team deliverables.
Must have extensive experience in implementing, managing and troubleshooting into Active Directory, Virtualization, Failover Clustering, DNS, DHCP and other Server components.
Should have excellent verbal and writing communication and ability to interact with the customer on daily basis.
Knowledge in Unix is desirable.
Knowledge in Cloud platform desirable.
Knowledge into backup, storage and citrix / Vmware is desirable
• Provide L3 support and guidance to the team and be responsible for team deliverables.
• Provide L3 level technical support for installation, configuration, management and troubleshooting of Windows Servers issues.
• Provide L3 Technical Support
• Perform L3 System Maintenance
• Maintain System Security
• Interacting with client over calls and provide details and reasoning of the deliverables.
• Should groom the junior resources of the team to enhance their skills.
• Should be able to lead the customer call and provide design level support to the client.
Details :
• Should have excelled written and verbal communication.
• Should have experience in leading a team of 5+ resources.
• Server administration - High level of technical knowledge regarding Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance
• Information security - Understand best practices and techniques to maintain and enhance information security
• Analytical skills - This is a highly analytical role, requiring Windows administrators to interpret error logs, monitor system performance data, and assess user information to ensure server reliability
• Communication skills - Need to frequently work with both IT professionals and end users, Windows administrators so effective written and verbal communication skills is required
• Problem-solving - Windows administrators often need to employ creative and technical problem-solving techniques while installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows systems and servers
• Tools : - Windows Server software (2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016), Active Directory, Virtualization, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, Enterprise management tools (Remedy, Bladelogic), DNS, DHCP
