Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced System Admin Executive to join our team. This role involves managing IT infrastructure, Network & systems, ensure system security & backup. Provide end user support. Troubleshoot hardware & software issues.
Desktop/Hardware
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Perform regular software updates, patches, and security fixes.
Troubleshoot and repair computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Conduct regular IT audits and security checks.
Network
Setup and manage LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Ensure 24x7 connectivity for employees working from home.
Software/License/Cloud Management
Manage user accounts (Google, Microsoft etc.) and ensure control and security.
Knowledge of any one cloud services (AWS/ Azure/Google Cloud)
Data Management
Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place.
Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, licenses, and documentation.
Support
Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person.
On time renewal of different software licenses and IT services.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BCA) or master’s degree (MSc/MCA) in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT system administration.
Proficient in any one of the operating systems: Windows, Linux, and macOS
Experience in Computer hardware and software troubleshooting
Experience in troubleshooting Networks
Experience in License management (desktop, SAAS, cloud products and services)
Certification in CompTIA A+, or equivalent would be preferred
Knowledge of any scripting language for automation would be preferred
Knowledge of any one cloud services (AWS/ Azure/Google Cloud) would be preferred
Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection would be preferred
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
