OVERVIEW
The SVP & Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Enterprise Infrastructure & Platforms is the executive leader responsible for architecting, scaling, and securing the enterprise-wide technology foundation. This role directs all aspects of hybrid cloud environments, platform engineering, networking, end-user computing, and cybersecurity operations.
Align technological capabilities with enterprise strategic objectives, driving operational resilience and building the infrastructure required to accelerate digital innovation, FinOps discipline, and advanced AI/ML capabilities.
Mandate
• Architect and direct the enterprise-wide technology infrastructure, cloud environments, platform engineering, networking, end-user computing, and cybersecurity operations.
• Build a secure, high-performing technology foundation that accelerates digital innovation and supports strategic corporate growth.
• Drive absolute operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and fiscal responsibility across the entire technology estate.
Notable Responsibilities & Expectations
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and continuously evolve a progressive infrastructure and platform roadmap aligned with enterprise business objectives, financial targets, and emerging technologies (including AI, advanced analytics, and cloud-native architectures).
• Hybrid Estate Management: Lead the operational delivery and lifecycle management of a robust hybrid technology estate spanning Microsoft Azure, on-premises datacenters, networking, storage, and databases to ensure peak performance and high availability.
• Operational Governance: Establish and champion rigorous, ITIL-anchored governance frameworks to optimize service management, ensure operational stability, and foster continuous improvement.
• Cybersecurity Operations & Resilience: Own the operational execution of critical cybersecurity controls—including SOC operations, Identity and Access Management (IAM), vulnerability management, and network security—while directing enterprise disaster recovery and business continuity programs.
• Platform & Data Engineering: Drive advanced platform and data engineering capabilities (DevOps maturity, CI/CD pipelines, middleware, APIs, core application administration, and data platforms) by embedding reliability, observability, and security into every architecture layer.
• FinOps & Cloud Optimization: Champion a robust FinOps discipline to effectively monitor and manage cloud spend, maximize ROI, and control infrastructure costs across the global enterprise.
• AI/ML Infrastructure Acceleration: Define, deploy, and operate the enterprise AI/ML platforms (including Azure AI Foundry) that underpin corporate AI accelerators. Ensure scalable model deployment, MLOps maturity, optimized GPU compute availability, and the secure handling of training and inference data.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee strategic technology vendor and procurement relationships across infrastructure, cloud, and managed services to drive vendor value, enforce SLA accountability, and maintain risk-based scrutiny on all external capabilities.
YOUR Experience
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing complex enterprise infrastructure and hybrid cloud operations at scale.

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure architectures, enterprise network infrastructure, cybersecurity controls, and modern platform engineering (DevOps, CI/CD, MLOps).
• Business Acumen: Strong experience establishing FinOps practices, managing multi-million-dollar technology budgets, and driving cost-efficiencies.
• Leadership: Exceptional executive presence, a demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams, influence C-suite stakeholders, and manage high-value strategic vendor relationships.
