Responsibilities
Coordinate daily clinical activities and workflow within the department
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize care delivery
Actively promote customer satisfaction as well as a positive work environment
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care activities consider growth and development factors appropriate to the age (Adults, Geriatrics) in collaboration with the Nurse Manager
Report any significant changes in the condition of the Unit, any incidents and/or personnel problems
Monitor quality, safety, and patient satisfaction indicators and support performance improvement initiatives

The Surgical Unit Clinical Coordinator RN will:
• Coordinate daily clinical activities and workflow within the department.
