Job Description

Ciferon is a simplest restaurant POS and management software that works online and offline both, integrated with leading platforms which provide the easy operations like: Billing, Inventory, accounting, Reports, online orders and many more. Hence, the major part is customer support. So we are looking for the support executive for chat process who has a major role in the organization for the growth of both employee and company.

Roles Responsibilities

 Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.

 Good communication skills in English

 Ability to handle multiple chats at the same time.

 Quickly build trust and confidence with customer

 Excellent written communication skills.

 Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and empathetically.

 Good Typing speed.

 When required call the customer to resolve the query.

 Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.

 Ability to work under pressure and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.

 Strong multi-tasking skills.

Experience Range - 1 to 2 years

Salary Range – 10K to 14K

Job Locations- Nagpur

Skills required - Excellent English Verbal Written Communication Skills

Job Requisite- BPO Experience.

Job Requirement

Flexible to work in rotational shifts, 6 days working with 1 day rotational.
