Job Description
Ciferon is a simplest restaurant POS and management software that works online and offline both, integrated with leading platforms which provide the easy operations like: Billing, Inventory, accounting, Reports, online orders and many more. Hence, the major part is customer support. So we are looking for the support executive for chat process who has a major role in the organization for the growth of both employee and company.
Roles Responsibilities
Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in English
Ability to handle multiple chats at the same time.
Quickly build trust and confidence with customer
Excellent written communication skills.
Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and empathetically.
Good Typing speed.
When required call the customer to resolve the query.
Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
Ability to work under pressure and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
Experience Range - 1 to 2 years
Salary Range – 10K to 14K
Job Locations- Nagpur
Skills required - Excellent English Verbal Written Communication Skills
Job Requisite- BPO Experience.
Job Requirement
Flexible to work in rotational shifts, 6 days working with 1 day rotational.
