Responsibilities:
• Sourcing & Procurement: Lead the sourcing mandate for the designated projects. Work closely to identify and evaluate potential suppliers for all materials required as part of the project. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers for a stable and cost-effective supply chain.
• Manufacturing Management: Work closely with suppliers to ensure manufacturing is done as per customer specifications.Meet billing / delivery deadlines as agreed
• Supply Chain Management: Manage overall logistics, manufacturing and quality control in all parts of the supply chain. Implementation of SOP’s across supply partners for quotations, progress reports and QAP adherence
• Cost Optimization: Work with suppliers on ways to reduce BOM costs to improve overall profitability & cash flow of the business
• Effective Communication with stakeholders: Managing information regarding project status, highlighting issues and potential risks.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance across all stakeholders with regard to processes & regulatory policies

Qualifications:
• Education: A bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field is typically required.
• Experience: 2-3 years experience in manufacturing or project management is often preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering principles and concepts, as well as familiarity with project management tools and software. Should have knowledge of CNC machining, sheet metal
• Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze project data and make informed decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and vendors.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage project schedules efficiently.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
