We are seeking an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize supply chain operations, covering procurement, logistics, inventory management, and parts sales. Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate records for materials, certifications, and regulatory compliance while managing storage and customs processes.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure cost efficiency, reliability, and timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts to optimize value and meet quality and inspection requirements.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals and integrate sustainability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement risk management initiatives, including supplier diversification.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory, health, and safety standards within the supply chain.
• Lead safety initiatives, incident reporting, and corrective action processes to maintain compliance.
• Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing, safety-conscious team, fostering professional growth.
• Monitor and manage team performance metrics, driving accountability and excellence.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to forecast demand and plan supply chain activities.
• Act as a key advisor to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.

Person Specification
• Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in supply chain management, ideally within the aviation or a related technical industry.
• Proficiency in supply chain systems, strong negotiation skills, and analytical ability to monitor supplier performance and market trends.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, with an ability to motivate and guide teams in a dynamic, safety-conscious environment.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain regulations and industry standards, including health, safety, and environmental requirements
