Supply Chain Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to be a part of our Operations Team. It will involve end-to-end coordination of last mile logistics in the US. This role offers hands-on exposure to logistics, procurement, warehousing, and process improvement within a global supply chain environment. The role is ideal for a graduate student eager to learn and contribute to a sustainability-driven business.
What You’ll Do
• Assist in day-to-day supply chain activities including logistics coordination and inventory tracking for our US operations
• Support customer and supplier engagement for timely deliveries and a world class customer service
• Help monitor warehouse operations and documentation
• Coordinate with various logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipments
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce costs
• Learn and work across procurement, logistics, and cross-functional supply chain activities.
Who You Are
• Graduate in Commerce / Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
• Experience working in international logistics, especially the US, is a plus
• Familiar with MS Excel and comfortable learning ERP or tracking tools
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
• Proactive, with strong communication and collaboration skills
