Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Experience: 3-5 Years
Location: Pune/Jaipur
No. of Vacancy: 1
Roles & Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets (inventory levels, logistics costs, sales demand) to provide insights on working capital efficiency and operational performance.
Inventory Strategy: Monitor stock levels and analyze turnover rates to optimize inventory investment and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Demand Planning: Support demand planning activities by analyzing historical data to improve forecast accuracy and align with supplier capabilities.
Process Improvement: Identify root causes of inefficiencies and recommend data-backed changes to procurement, warehousing, and transportation processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to synchronize supply chain strategies with business goals.
Experience, skills & abilities required:
Technical & Functional Skills:
Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP planning modules (IBP / APO / S/4)
Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing planning KPIs and metrics such as MAPE, BIAS, Forecast Accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels.
Solid experience in data analysis and problem-solving within a supply chain or planning context.
Working knowledge of SQL and experience with ETL/ELT processes is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar) is preferred.
Analytical & Collaboration Skills:
Ability to convert business requirements into structured analytical solutions. Experience & Education
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data quality, accuracy, and governance.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
Experience & Education:
3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or data-focused roles.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
