['Serves as Department of Defense Agencies and Field Activities Vendor Pay Director to manage, plan, implement, and evaluate financial programs through knowledge of the entitlement process and related procedures, regulations, and financial systems.', 'Exercises full supervision and management authority for long range planning, goal setting, and evaluation of subordinate staff. Monitors work, identifies and resolves problems, and assesses overall effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.', 'Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and reviews the work of subordinate organizational elements involved in carrying out the mission and functions of the organization.', 'Reviews, analyzes and evaluates the status of performance measures and key indicators for assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of Vendor Pay Operations.', 'Ensures that DFAS programs and policies are implemented in accordance with Agency goals and objectives and are consistent with management objectives of the DFAS Director.'] GS 12 and above: Education is not substitutable for specialized experience at this grade level.
