Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front-of-house team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to deliver top-notch service.
- Collaborate with the Cafe Manager to develop and implement effective strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the dining area, including managing stock levels, cleaning schedules, and inventory control.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, preferably in a cafe or restaurant.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
