The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in the HoReCa industry, with a deep understanding of the sector's dynamics and trends. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Drive product sales across hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers, and bulk buyers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth.
• Manage distributors effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment and payments.
• Monitor competitor activities and market feedback to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years of HoReCa sales experience, preferably in FMCG/Food sector.
• Strong interpersonal and culinary industry networking skills.
• Knowledge of food service handling and institutional supply chain.
