We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring that all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring that all dishes are presented beautifully.
• Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Sanitize tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed during busy periods, ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with food handling and sanitation practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
