Responsibilities
[The Summer School Food Service cook oversees preparation, sanitation, clean-up, and safety and security procedures in the assigned kitchen.]

Individual assignments may vary from time to time and task to task and will generally include all or a combination of several of the following duties:]

[Collaborates with the director/district admin on total oversight of all nutrition programs including but not limited to CACFP and NSLP]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
[Responsible that the kitchen meets federal, state, and local Health Department regulations and are compliant with established preparation and service methods, including the maintenance of appropriate records.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
[Responsible for all inventories of food and non-food items.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
[Responsible for all the organization of the coolers, freezers, and storeroom.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
[Daily efficient food preparation and service.]
