The Legal Department for U-Haul International, Inc., seeks highly motivated and responsible second year law students for its paid Summer Legal Internship Program. The Internship Program provides selected students with the opportunity to work with a large corporate legal team and gain exposure to some of the country's largest law firms. The intern will work closely with members of U-Haul's legal team on research projects related to ongoing litigation and other legal matters of importance. Some of the areas to which an intern may be exposed to include products liability, labor and employment, corporate law, and sustainability to name a few.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• This internship has a heavy focus on legal research and preparation of memoranda on issues relevant to pending litigation and other topics of importance to U-Haul.
• The intern is required to commit to a minimum of ten weeks and twelve weeks is preferred.
