Sub Editors | Content Writers

Sub Editor plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of our content. Working closely with our editorial /design team and industry, you will create, review and edit text / AV content to ensure they meet the highest journalistic standards.

Responsibilities

Creating and editing content for print, online and digital platforms

Collaborating with writers/industry experts to refine articles and improve clarity.

Planning and organising online and offline technology conferences.

Ensuring that content aligns with our style guide.

Checking facts, verifying sources, and ensuring that all content is free of copyright infringement.

Coordinating with the design and photo/video teams to ensure a cohesive layout and presentation.

Managing multiple assignments and deadlines efficiently.

Assisting in content planning and strategy discussions.

Offering feedback and suggestions to improve the overall quality of our publications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field.

At least two years of editorial experience, preferably in any industry media

Strong proficiency in English

Exceptional attention to detail.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
