We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Student Window Cleaner to join our residential property maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning windows across commercial and residential properties, ensuring a streak-free, spotless finish. This role requires physical stamina, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. The Window Cleaner will play a vital part in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of our clients' homes, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.
Responsibilities
Clean windows on both interior and exterior surfaces using hand tools, squeegees, and water-fed poles as needed
Perform home maintenance tasks related to window cleaning, including removing debris and preparing surfaces for cleaning
Use commercial cleaning supplies and equipment to achieve streak-free results
Safely operate power tools and ladders to reach high or difficult areas while adhering to safety protocols
Conduct custodial duties such as wiping down frames, sills, and surrounding areas to ensure overall cleanliness
Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes
Communicate professionally with clients regarding service needs or concerns
Assist with other custodial or cleaning duties as assigned to support overall facility upkeep
Experience
Prior experience in window cleaning is not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic facilities maintenance is advantageous
Experience working with heavy lifting equipment or performing physically demanding tasks is beneficial
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Proven ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety standards
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
