We are hiring a Student Travel & Mobility Executive – Concierge Services to manage student travel readiness, pre-departure guidance, endorsements, airport letters, airport assistance, ticket coordination, and destination pickup intimation.

This is a high-responsibility position for a polished, dependable, and highly responsive professional who can guide students and parents through the final stage of the journey with confidence, precision, and premium concierge-style support.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct pre-departure meetings and guide students on travel readiness, reporting process, baggage, documents, and important precautions
Support students and parents with complete travel guidance before departure
Collect and verify flight tickets received from students or B2B partners
Immediately inform the Europe team upon receipt of flight tickets so that airport pickups and arrival support can be scheduled on time
Coordinate with B2B partners for ticket copies, endorsements, airport letters, and travel-related documents
Prepare or coordinate airport letters, endorsements, and required travel support documents
Be physically present at the airport whenever required to guide and support students during reporting and departure
Maintain proper coordination with students, parents, counsellors, internal teams, B2B partners, and Europe destination teams
Keep accurate records of travel dates, tickets, endorsements, airport assistance, and movement updates
Ensure every student receives professional, timely, and reassuring support throughout the travel stage
Critical Role Requirement

This role requires round-the-clock availability based on student departure schedules. The selected candidate must be ready to be physically present at the airport at the student’s scheduled reporting/flight time, anytime 24/7, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays, whenever required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in student travel coordination, pre-departure support, airport assistance, operations, visa support, or overseas education
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Strong ability to handle students and parents with confidence and professionalism
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly responsible
Comfortable with live travel coordination and airport duty
Service-minded, polished, and solution-oriented personality
Experience in overseas education / international admissions / student mobility will be preferred
Good command of English, Hindi, and regional language will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
