Brand Ambassador / Customer Engagement Representative
Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
Location: Downtown Vancouver
About Us
TC Studios is one of Vancouver’s leading tattoo and piercing studios, with two downtown locations. We pride ourselves on providing a professional, welcoming, and fun experience for every client. We’re looking for an energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to help introduce people to our studio.
Responsibilities
Welcome and engage with pedestrians outside the studio.
Spin our promotional prize wheel with customers.
Hand out coupons and special offers.
Invite people into the studio and explain our services.
Represent the TC Studios brand in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist with light reception and office duties during quieter periods.
Qualifications
Excellent spoken English.
Friendly, bubbly, and confident personality.
Comfortable approaching and speaking with the public.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
