Brand Manager, Premium Spirits Portfolio
We are seeking a results-driven Brand Manager to lead the growth of our Premium Spirits Portfolio.This role will report into the Marketing Director and is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, driving business performance, and delivering impactful marketing programs that build brand equity and achieve commercial objectives. Brands within the portfolio include The Kraken, Bushmills, Pendleton, Proper No. Twelve, and Ron Matusalum.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Business Performance
• Develop and execute annual brand plans and business reviews.
• Analyze market, category, consumer, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Turn data into actionable insights to shape brand strategy and decision-making.
• Manage brand P&L performance and deliver volume, revenue, and profit targets.
Marketing & Consumer Activation
• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
• Manage agency partners to deliver creative and effective marketing programs.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on results.
• Ensure all brand assets and marketing materials remain current and relevant.
Portfolio Management
• Support portfolio growth through innovation, pricing strategies, and brand development initiatives.
• Develop recommendations related to pricing, positioning, promotion, and consumer research.
• Oversee trade marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and sales performance.
• Collaborate with regional sales leaders to ensure successful implementation of national brand programs.
Project & Budget Management
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Track and report program progress, performance, and outcomes.
• Manage brand budgets and recommend investments to maximize business results.
What You'll Bring
• University Degree in Business, specialization in Marketing is a bonus
• 5+ years marketing experience within the Canadian alcoholic beverage industry
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience developing and executing successful brand marketing programs.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
