Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain standards, procedures, and guidelines for steel structural design.Perform structural analysis and design using STAAD Pro.Ensure compliance with industry codes and company standards.Review and approve structural drawings and calculations.Provide technical support throughout design and construction phases.Conduct engineering process audits for quality assurance.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project deadlines.Stay updated on STAAD Pro features and industry trends.Prepare engineering reports and documentation.Mentor junior engineers on software and design practices.Manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in steel structural design for oil and gas projects.Proficiency in STAAD Pro.Familiarity with codes such as ASME, API, AISC.Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit is advantageous.Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on design accuracy and documentation.
