Job Overview
The HUX Papousek Realty Group is one of Mississauga and Oakville's premier luxury real estate teams specializing in high-end residential properties.
We are looking for a Strategic Real Estate Marketing, Social Media & AI Specialist who understands how to generate business—not just create marketing materials.
This is not simply a graphic design or social media role.
We are looking for someone who understands how successful real estate teams generate leads, market luxury homes, build agent brands, and use Artificial Intelligence to dramatically improve marketing quality, productivity and efficiency.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience working in residential real estate marketing, understand today's AI tools, and know how to combine marketing strategy, automation, content creation and social media into systems that help grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Real Estate Marketing
Develop and execute marketing strategies that generate buyer and seller leads.
Understand the complete marketing lifecycle of a listing—from pre-listing to sold.
Create marketing campaigns designed to attract listings, build brand awareness and generate client inquiries.
Recommend new marketing initiatives that improve lead generation and return on investment.
Collaborate with the team to continually improve our marketing systems and client experience.
AI Marketing & Automation
AI experience is a core requirement for this role.
You will be responsible for leveraging AI to improve virtually every aspect of our marketing and operations.
This includes:
Using AI to create high-quality marketing copy, listing descriptions, blogs and social content.
