As Store Manager at our David Jones Concession Woden, you'll lead from the front - driving sales, coaching your team and creating a standout store experience. You'll be hands-on, people-focused, and commercially sharp.
What you'll do
Lead, develop, and inspire your team to hit sales and service targets
Maintain high standards across store presentation, VM, and stock flow
Manage rosters and wage performance with precision
Build a team culture grounded in trust, energy, and retail pride
