The Role
Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, profitability, and overall store performance. You lead from the front, setting the tone on the floor, building a strong and motivated team, and consistently delivering results.
From managing day-to-day operations to shaping the in-store experience, you ensure the store runs efficiently while creating a welcoming, on-brand environment that keeps customers engaged and coming back. You balance business goals with people-focused leadership, developing your team, and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
