Job Description
Designation: Assistant Store Manager/ Store Manager (Strictly from Premium Luxury Beauty Brands)
Mandatory - Graduate + Premium Luxury Beauty Background
Location- Mumbai
Must: Experience in Lifestyle Retail with a Stint in Beauty (Premium/ Luxury) managing a range of stand-alone stores, Fluent Communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Stock Management: ensuring top selling SKU availability at store, RTV of damage & Expiry stocks
• Tester Management: Tester availability, RTV of discontinued testers
• BA Management: Ensuring BA grooming is proper, review of BA Rostering, target setting brand-wise at store, target setting, tracking daily sales brand-wise
• Supervisor Management: Assistant store manager rostering, grooming and target setting
• Sales Tracking: Update Sales for the store on daily, weekly and monthly basis, brand wise performance, sales analysis of the store
• Promotions: planning and executing promotions efficiently
• Competition Mapping: Sales by category & Brand in competition store, offers running at competition stores
• Customer Management: Maintaining and reviewing customer Data & Purchase History, planning and implementing customer delight experience, targeting customers to increase sell-out,
• Offer Tracking & Response: Offer response by Brand, Offer performance vs overall business & feedback
• Counter Management: Counter Maintenance & upkeep, VM highlights by brand, Planogram execution by brand for all stores
• Recruitment: recruiting staffs for the team and store
Desired Skills & Abilities
• Understanding of Indian Cosmetic Industry and trends.
• Prior Experience in handling Colour Cosmetics, Skin-Care, Hair Care & Fragrances.
• Highly energetic, motivated, confident candidates with good communication and selling skills.
• Should have the ability to get the 'feel' of the market and to convert products into business.
• Must be a go-getter with high drive and initiative.
• Should be a local candidate.
• Must have a team handling experience.
Education & Experience
• 5+ yrs. in managing beauty category and beauty stores.
• Minimum Graduation
• Willingness to travel
