About Share Tea Woden
Share Tea in Westfield Woden in Westfield Woden located in Phillip ACT 2606 is looking for a Store Manager to join our team. Share Tea was established in 2012, the brand now has over 150 stores in Australia, this specific store’s Franchisee is Expert Business Solutions Pty Ltd.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
As the Store Manager, your role will include but not limited to the following:
Planning and executing marketing strategies and promotion in accordance with the franchise policies
Managing compositions, availability, standards of serving and pricing of products
Making sure that work health and safety regulations are followed
Managing, recruiting, and training staffs when necessary.
Contributing to the business sales by selling products to customers
Managing financial transactions and resupplying stock accordingly
Managing day to day operational budget of the establishment
Report directly to the Director
Skills and Qualification:
Be energetic, motivated and creative
Be skilled in communication & leadership
Prior work experience in Store Management is required.
Ability to manage and work with a team including recruitment, training, performance management and rostering
Solid communication skills including computer literacy, written and verbal communication skills.
Good to have First aid training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $76,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
