We are looking for a results driven Retail Female Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management .The Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment. Store Manager responsibilities may include supervising other staff.
