Title: Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager for our fashion outlet store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, managing the sales team, achieving sales goals, and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure that the store is always well-presented and visually appealing.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure that the store is stocked with the latest fashion items and accessories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and the local community to drive store traffic and increase sales.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
• Conduct regular staff training and development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in retail management, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of fashion industry trends, fashion history, and fashion cycles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Preferably Married
