Job Summary
Grip Exclusive Store is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Store Executive to join our team in Rishikesh. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while efficiently managing daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with product selection.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product displays.
Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.
Achieve sales targets and promote store offers.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
Coordinate with the store manager for daily operations.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
0–2 years of experience in retail or store operations (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Honest, punctual, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
