Store Executive for Hotel Industry

We are urgently hiring A Store Executive in the hotel industry having 2-4 years experience in hotel /Retail industry for Mumbai Airport location

Role Description

A Store Executive in the hotel industry is responsible for managing the hotel's material stores, including inventory, orders, and compliance:
• Inventory management
• Material orders: Place material orders, follow up on deliveries, and process challans.
• Material management: Regularly monitor the availability and minimum stock values of materials.
• Material inventory audits: Conduct quarterly audits of the material inventory.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with vendor codes, vendor registration, and VAT certificates.
• Material consumption reports: Prepare monthly and quarterly material consumption reports.
• Good Knowledge of operating computer and Ms-Office, Excel & other software.

Qualifications
• Graduate preferably commerce graduate having 3 to 5 yrs preferably from hotel & retail industry

Salary : 25 to 30K Per Month
