What’s Your Character?

We’re seeking a Store Associate / Assistant Manager with a good sense of humor, a commitment to customer connections, and a dollop of creativity. The role involves both managing day-to-day store operations and curating customer experiences. The role involves wearing many hats ( yup, we also carry hats), but always with the goal of building lasting relationships with both customers and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the store with style: Ensure the daily operations run smoother than silk shirts. From opening to closing, this role ensures everything is in place: cash balanced, inventory stocked, displays looking splendid, and customers feeling seen (and lookin’ good).
Lead with empathy and energy: Step into the shoes of a hospitality pro. This role requires anticipating customer needs, and guiding them to great outcomes. (Even if it’s the 42nd time explaining how to not kill succulents.)
Floral finesse: Flower arrangement superstar skills are not required. (We’ve got that covered). This role helps to ensure our floral section stays top-notch and involves overseeing orders, care instructions, and keeping flower arrangements fresh and fantastic.
Keep it cool: Our store is a space where creativity, fun, and precision meet. It means balancing occasional madness (hello, mid-afternoon rush) with the calm assurance that comes from confidence and experience.
About the role:

Experience: Experience in retail management, ideally in fashion or lifestyle sectors. Make a sale, sure. But most importantly, know how to make a connection.
Character: More than a name; it’s the core of what we do. We’re looking for folks who are curious, approachable, and get a bang out of connecting with others.
Multitasking skills: Sometimes it’s a circus act: juggling moving parts—whether it’s keeping the store organized, or handling customer inquiries, we do it all while keeping things running smooth. Read more
