Corporate Attorney (Securities)

Job description
A mid-sized, well-established, growing midtown firm is hiring for their Corporate Practice Group, seeking a Senior Corporate and Securities Attorney with the following qualities:
• Wide-ranging experience in corporate and securities work.
• Substantial exposure to MA transactions for both public and private companies, startups public and private offerings, SEC, FINRA and NASDAQ filings, and the broad range of legal issues faced by middle market companies.
• Strong working knowledge of documentation used in public and private equity transactions and bank lending transactions.
• Extensive experience in relevant corporate and secunties regulations.
• Some experience with bankruptcy matters and some tax experience, each a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Pay: $160,000 - $300,000 per year depending on experience plus bonus. Read more
