We also have banquet halls and party lawns that can accommodate up to 3000 guests for various functions and events.
Job Overview
We are hiring a Steward to join our team at Hotel Pathikashram Nilaya in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. As a Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction in our restaurants and banquet halls. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications And Skills
• Prior experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to handle cash transactions
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Roles And Responsibilities
• Set up tables and ensure they are clean and tidy
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or requests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
• Assist in preparing and arranging banquet halls for events
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
