Front of House Manager (Full-Time)

At El Santo de los Tacos, we're more than just tacos and margaritas. We're all about bringing the energy, flavours and hospitality of Mexico to Geelong through exceptional food, creative cocktails and genuinely memorable guest experiences.
We're looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our leadership team full-time. This is a hands-on management role for someone who thrives in a busy venue, leads by example, and is just as comfortable behind the bar as they are running the floor.
What you'll be doing
Leading all front of house operations during service
Managing and motivating the FOH team
Delivering exceptional customer experiences every shift
Working confidently behind the bar, preparing quality cocktails and managing beverage service
Opening and closing the venue
Managing staff rosters and daily floor organisation
Training and developing team members
Monitoring service standards and maintaining a positive team culture
Handling customer feedback professionally
Working closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth service
Stock control, ordering and general venue operations
We're looking for someone who has
Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory hospitality role
Strong bartending experience, including cocktails
Outstanding leadership and communication skills
A calm, organised approach during busy services
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Excellent knowledge of RSA requirements
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Full Australian working rights
