Responsibilities
A Treehouse Steward is a vital member of our culinary team, ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas
Your role will include cleaning and organizing kitchen equipment, collecting and delivering dishes between venues, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of food and beverage outlets and production spaces
As a steward, you’ll help create an efficient and welcoming environment for both staff and guests
Clean and sanitize plates, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment according to food safety standards
Organize and store clean equipment in the correct locations, ensuring easy accessibility for kitchen and service teams
Collect dirty dishes and kitchen equipment from all dining venues and return them to the dishwashing area
Deliver clean equipment to venues, storage areas, and production spaces as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization in food and beverage outlets, kitchens, and storage areas
Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure proper functioning, reporting any issues to supervisors
Follow all sanitation guidelines, including proper disposal of trash, recycling, and compost
Assist with other cleaning tasks, including floors, walls, and surfaces, as directed by the culinary team
Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks

Role Overview
